The Margaret E. Blizzard Senior Activity Center invites you to “Bring Home Some Joy” by participating in our Gingerbread Fundraising Auction. Interested bakers, schools (including private & homeschoolers), organizations, businesses, families, and groups are invited to submit a decorated Gingerbread creation to be displayed and auctioned off during our “Jingle & Joy” event.
All proceeds from the auction will go directly to supporting the Senior Activity Center, a place where seniors can feel connected to their community, build friendships, learn new things, and stay active
TO DONATE A GINGERBREAD HOUSE:
If you plan to donate a house, please complete a registration form, which may be picked up at the Senior Center or downloaded from the link below. Return your form to the Senior Center: in person, by snail mail (PO Box 401 Brenham, TX 77834), or scan and email to info@wchla.org

Gingerbread Kits and boards to build them on are available at the center if you would like one. Please email info@wchla.org or call the center to reserve your kit. The kits are expected to be ready by the 18th of November. You are not required to use a kit.

You may build any Gingerbread structure as long as it has a Holiday Theme.

All exposed elements on the houses must be edible.

Completed gingerbread houses need to be delivered to the Senior Center on December 7, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm or Tuesday December 8, between 8:00am and Noon.
