Registration Information
Each player must have their own registration form and payment on file. If payment is made for multiple players at one time no players in that group will be considered registered until ALL registration forms have been received. We recommend you email the individual registration forms before calling the Senior Center with credit card payment. The player will receive an email confirmation once all forms and payment have been processed. Additional information may be found on the registration form.
